Zamadama is an easy-to-use, web-based open source platform from SpaceNet based on Zimbra for GDPR-compliant collaboration for companies. Depending on the tariff you choose, you can use Zamadama's integrated email, contacts, calendar, tasks, appointments, chat, online storage, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and SpaceNet Video Conferencing Tool (VCT) functions. As Zamadama is browser-based, all tools can also be used perfectly on your mobile devices.
Data protection and data security
We attach great importance to up-to-date anti-spam and anti-virus protection. In addition, Zamadama is hosted in our high-security data centre in Bavaria and is therefore particularly well protected. The e-mail products integrated in Zamadama bear the security mark of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).

Zamadama Drive (optional)
Securely store and share data with your team. Zamadama Drive is a complete file sharing & storage system directly in Zamadama. A central location where your data is secure, but you can access it from anywhere with all your devices and also share it in encrypted form. Especially secure: your data is stored on the SpaceNet servers in our high-security data centre in Munich.
Zamadama Docs (optional)
Create and collaborate on documents online. Zamadama Docs is a complete package with numerous Office functions that offers you maximum productivity and is integrated directly into your Zamadama Web Client. Create and edit text documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly in your Zamadama Docs. Web-based, licence-free and with all the familiar functions.
Zamadama VCT (optional)
Secure video conferencing without additional software. With Zamadama VCT (VideoConferencingTool), you get an exclusive video conferencing solution for your corporate communications. For secure exchanges between your employees and with customers. As part of Zamadama, VCT is perfectly harmonised with the other Zamadama functions and is easy and intuitive to use.
Zamadama Chat
Fast communication without additional tools or software. Use the chat integrated in Zamadama so that you can communicate flexibly with your team without having to leave your familiar working environment.
Zamadama Calendar & Tasks (optional)

With the IT security label, SpaceNet assures that the Zamadama e-mail products meet the requirements of BSI TR-03108 "Secure e-mail transport" and undertakes to report vulnerabilities and security gaps to the BSI and to rectify them.
Combine your Zimbra platform with cloud storage from Nextcloud
You can combine your Zamadama email services with a Zamadama Nextcloud Hub and access the data in your Nextcloud directly from your Zamadama email service. You can also display your current messages and appointments in Nextcloud Hub so that you are always well informed. Depending on your tariff, you can equip your Zamadama platform with additional optional functions such as Zamadama Drive, Docs, VCT and Chat.
