To book your Zamadama package, please visit our shop and register there. You can then configure your package and start using Zamadama straight away.
Of course, you can keep your Zamadama access and configuration after the trial period. Simply book a subscription with your access data in the shop and you can simply continue working. Your Zamadama Zimbra contract runs for one month with subsequent automatic renewal. It can be cancelled on a monthly basis with a 10-day notice period to the end of the month. In the first month, you can even cancel the contract at any time to the end of the month.
Yes, you can customise and scale your Zamadama Zimbra tariff at any time in the configurator. You can increase your Zamadama access or your Zamadama plan (= range of functions and storage space) at any time. And even if you no longer need certain services, it is possible to reduce them. This means you only use what you need at the time. Please note the relevant cancellation periods when booking.
Yes, this is possible. You can either use Zamadama with your own domain, or you can choose an e-mail address from Zamadama (e-mail extension @zamadama.de). Yes, external people can easily be added to your organisation. For example, you can either assign your own user IDs to freelancers and colleagues with whom you are working on a project (even temporarily) or share specific content with them via Zamadama.

Data protection
Zamadama Zimbra is hosted as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in compliance with the GDPR in the high-security data centre in Munich. Your data remains in Germany at all times. In addition, Zamadama consistently offers modern authentication and security mechanisms as well as automatic encryption.
Integration
Zamadama Zimbra contains all the important individual tools for secure and effective online collaboration. It is consistently based on open source and can be easily expanded and integrated into other existing systems thanks to suitable interfaces. All Zamadama functions are authenticated and encrypted and can be controlled via API calls.
Secure architecture
Zamadama Zimbra is based on Zimbra's secure and globally proven architecture. A state-of-the-art architecture that provides security, authentication, encryption, scalability and flexibility.
Your data belongs to you at all times. If you cancel your Zamadama subscription, you can download your data - such as emails and documents on team websites - and save it elsewhere. You should create your backup before the end of your subscription period, after which we must irrevocably delete the data. Upon cancellation, you will receive instructions from us on how best to back up your data.

With Nextcloud Files at its core, Nextcloud offers a platform for universal file access and on-site file synchronisation with powerful features for online collaboration via web, desktop and mobile applications. With Zamadama Nextcloud, you get your own cloud storage while retaining full control over your data. We take care of the latest updates and the professional and secure operation in our high-security data centres in Munich. Nextcloud Enterprise is the version of Nextcloud that has been specially optimised and tested for business-critical areas and therefore offers maximum availability and security.
At Zamadama, we provide you with the Nextcloud Enterprise solution as standard. This is subject to additional tests and constant quality assurance. You also benefit from early security patches.
In contrast to the Nextcloud Enterprise solution, the free version of Nextcloud has a limited range of functions and is aimed more at private users.
